Are schools legally allowed to waive my constitutional rights and freedoms?

Maybe if you had paid attention better in class, you would realize that your constitutional rights and freedoms were not in any way being violated by kicking you out of the room and sending you to the vice principal's office as punishment for disrupting the teacher's lessons.
