Can this help me control myself at night from eating cookies and ice cream?

It's called 'will power' and that is what you need to control your cravings. Any habit starts with just three times and becomes a definite habit with 21 times so for the next 21 days do anything else but eat oreos and ice cream at night and create a new habit. Also, if you don't bend your elbow you can't put it in your mouth.
