Why Do I Have a Severe Stomach Pain Right After I Ate?

I just ate some pasta, cheese, and marinara sauce, and some oreos and milk. I just got a horrible feeling in my mid-gut. It is in a specific place, and hurts with a sharp pain. It is in to the right (when looking at me) of the halfway mark between the belly button and the chest cavity. It won't go away. What is this? This is the first time this has happened.
