How do the Japanese eat Oreos?

General wisdom here in the States is to either twist the cookie apart and lick off the icing or alternately to just drown the whole thing in milk and eat the remains, or varied combinations of both. Is that generally how they do it in Japan too, or do they just eat their Oreos whole and dry like THE MAN wanted us to?
