A constitutional question regarding police searches and seizures..?

I am in a discussion with an associate about Constitutional rights regarding searches and seizures. Here is the hypothetical situation we are discussing. Assume you are driving in a car where you can pull the back passenger seats down using the lever, and there is a compartment in between the back seats and the trunk, about 1 foot by 1 foot and about 5 inches wide (although I don't see size a factor I wanted to describe what I'm talking about) and it has a latch to lock it so it wont open, although there is no key for this lock and you just have to twist it to make it vertical to open. Can an officer of the law open this compartment if it is in the locked position even though it is a simplistic lock? Can they move your seats down to perform this search? Thank you for any information possible!

if you want sweet, why not make your own. you could look up sweets with low calories and bring them with you. like lemon jello, pudding, but don't add too much sugar or else it would ruin the whole point, or you can just eat sweets a bit each day but if you get overboard, make sure to drink lots of water and do 200 times of jumping jacks or 100 sit ups.

Nope... Sorry but that food you consumed will lead to you putting on weight. But, considering you haven't been eating, is probably a good thing. Try a more steady diet - like 500 cals a day, 600 the next, then 700, then start it again every three days. Work out and eat healthy foods and try not to go 'without' chocolate or bad foods because then your brain is always on this subject. You can eat these every now and then but work it off. You might put on about 1 kg (apple or not). So go for a run or do some jumping jacks. Relax and keep a food diary or a steady dieting plan. Good luck

Why would I randomly start vomiting up sugary cakes or sweets?

Randomly a few months ago I had eaten something called a Zebra Cake which is just a little cake with cream in the middle. Later that night I vomited it up. Then maybe a month later, I ate something else I really cant remember but it was sugary, i think it was some sorta cake or something. Again that night I vomited it up. Then maybe a month ago I had some donuts from a home made donuts place down the street from my house. And i had had them with breakfast, that night again i threw it up. But last night, I had some watermelon[i love fruit] and I had that feeling in my stomach like I had to vomit but thankfully I didn't. Why the hell would this be? The pigs then start running towers the Oreos that are between the and the chairs. I quickly jump over the chairs and run. Mackey them gets bitten by a pig and turn into a pig. Then the pigs start chasing after everyone in the room and keeps running. One pig bite me at first but it wasn't deep enough so I through it on the ground and kept doing that. Only a few people were left and a pig bit me a little harder than the rest so I through �it on the ground extra hard. Then Mackey came behind me and bite me and turn me into a pig. Soon enough we all become human again. Some people were not moving and had to be carried out in stretchers. Very dark brown stool?

I noticed yesterday i had dark brown stool (i had oreos that day so i just assumed it was from that). But today when i went to the bathroom my stool was darker than last time. How is my diet? How should i improve?

Im in highschool and right now i run about 2 miles a week. So heres basically my day foods: For breakfast i will usually just grab a bagel (no spread) on my way out of the door or sometimes a lean pocket breakfast/ waffels. Then around 2nd period i am starving and usually eat like 6 oreos or teddy grams or sometimes, but not most, slices of apples. then for lunch i have yogurt, ham on weat bread (no toppings, sometimes american white cheese) and a gronola bar and maybe some cookies or crackers if we have some. She comes out of walgreens with a little container of mac and cheese which we already got in the house so i knew she had to have gotten something else and she was hiding it in her purse. I told her that she needed to show it to me and she freaked out and kept saying nothing was in there. Well anyways, later I went in her room and found 2 huge packs of oreos she bought today. I was so mad because she was lying to me all day and she wasn't aloud to have food in her room like that. I took the oreos and hid them and when she found out she freaked out saying how she wants to die and wants to kill herself and they are the only thing that makes her happy and stops her from cutting herself. Now all night she's been mad at everyone and yelling and I don't know what to do anymore. Theres no reason for her to be depressed though, we live in a nice house and we are homeschooling for this school year because we moved. I think my friend has an eating disorder?

Ok so my friend (lets call her Kelly) anytime and anywhere she can get food she will take it. Now she is 13 and we all know about our periods and all those cravings, but this has happened even in 5th grade. So i was with her at the lake and she brought $20. Then there was a cafe sort of concession stand. She told me to follow her im like ok. She got a cheeseburger with fries and a thing of Oreos and sugerd ice tea. She is erm wide. How Exactly Should I Balance My Diet?

I think I eat way too much candy, cookies, etc. Than other people. I hardly eat meat, unless it's chicken, and I always have a small portion of veggies when my parents cook. I usually skip breakfast and go straight to school, and I have dinner, but it's not like a family dinner where there's a big pot of food. (my parents work day to midnight) And I can't make my own food if it's not microwavable, or straight out of the fridge. So to fill my stomach up, I always have a bunch of snacks (pocky, oreos, rice krispies, muffins, etc) And eat them whenever I feel hungry. I'm not fat, and I didn't gain weight for the last few months, I seem healthy, but am I really? Should I eat more grain, or meat, or protein? I already drink milk (my fav xD) so that's out of the question, and my parent's don't have time to teach me how to cook, since they take care of my baby brother their whole extra time...what should I do?

It seems absolutely fine. Your breakfast had cereal, which is grain, and has nutrients, and waffles aren't too bad either. An apple as a snack is great, because it's rich in Vitamin C. Your lunch is fine, as long as you only had a serving size of tortilla chips. Water is also the best possible beverage in my opinion. The granola bar is okay, but only if it isn't too sugary. Your dinner is also fine. Two oreos for dessert isn't bad, because it's only two and that's not too many. The only problem is that you had too much starch. Cereal and waffles are both starch. So is the bread on the peanut butter and jelly, the tortilla chips, the granola bar, and the pasta. It's all filled with carbohydrates. Carbs are great, but when you have too many, they're bad. I'd say take out the pasta and replace it with something rich in protein and not much fat, like chicken or turkey, but I can't think of anything for lunch, sorry. The calorie intake seems good, so don't worry about that. If your worried about weight problems, exercising is usually the best way to fix that, not necessarily changing your meals.

I'm sure many of us would have ate them all in a minute, I would have, but that's not the question. The person might have hated the organic brand's taste. Most all organic cookies I've had tasted rather bad. There's always the chance they ate one and disintigrated, or a bird flew over head and added an ingredient, or there was a trapdoor. Eat as many fruits and vegetables as you can and drink water. Buy some whey protein and have these when you feel hungry. Disgusting at the beginning, but youll grow to like them. Also, try and progress onto longer, heavier, more intense workouts every week or couple of weeks. Dont let the body get used to doing just a set boring amount every week. Push yourself as much as you can and when you think youre on your last rep, do another one. :)

Here are some examples: they won't let us grow hair out past our collars/eyebrows; they don't let us wear normal clothes, we have to wear uniforms; on out-of-uniform days, we can't wear certain things; we need our shirts tucked in. I Keep Forgetting How To Swallow?

Only with food. I just keep chewing it and I do okay at first but by the end of what I'm eating I forget to swallow and it just starts sliding down my throat making me gag and choke. I can drink but not eat. This is the 2nd day in a row. Ok so my friend (lets call her Kelly) anytime and anywhere she can get food she will take it. The only one I can think of that would remotely support this is the 14th Amendment. The 14th Amendment encompasses "fundamental rights" like the right for parents to rear their children as they choose. And I guess that would include parents having the right to choose to raise uneducated children. However, I think it wouldn't pass the test because there is a compelling government interest to educate our youth and the parents rights would be superseded, unless the parents are home-schooling them or have some other valid basis to pull them out of school. Some states allow parents to pull their kids out of school to work on the family farm during harvest season for example. But they still have to make up their lost work if they want to advance to the next grade in school.
