I need this answered?

Nope... Sorry but that food you consumed will lead to you putting on weight. But, considering you haven't been eating, is probably a good thing. Try a more steady diet - like 500 cals a day, 600 the next, then 700, then start it again every three days. Work out and eat healthy foods and try not to go 'without' chocolate or bad foods because then your brain is always on this subject. You can eat these every now and then but work it off. You might put on about 1 kg (apple or not). So go for a run or do some jumping jacks. Relax and keep a food diary or a steady dieting plan. Good luck
