Should I pick up Antonio Bastardo?

I just dropped madson for bastardo (at least temporary). I would drop Ted Lily. He's starting against the Twins today and they're struggling. See how he does. Chris Capuano is another mediocre pitcher but at least he's pitching well at the moment.
