Craft or homemade treat for my (long distance) boyfriend?

I'm away at university for the summer (taking summer courses and working) and my boyfriend is working at a lodge this summer, so I won't be able to see him until September. Since I go to school out of town, summers are usually our only time together, so they've always been extremely special. But after adding another major to my degree, I needed to stay in school over the summer and I'm so sad I can't be with him. So anyway, I want to make him a craft or a treat to mail to him! I'll be going to a huge craft store this weekend, so any materials needed should be accessible. But I'm stumped for ideas. We've been together almost 3 years, but I really don't want anything romantic or mushy. (It can be sentimental, but I don't want hearts all over it -- I don't even do that for Valentine's day) And nothing cliche, like a scrapbook or picture frame (he has all the pictures of us, so nothing with our pictures). I don't know if such a craft exists, but just something fun. It can be summery or just cool and creative looking. For his birthday, when I mailed him his gifts, I also made some chocolate covered oreos (just melted chocolate in those molds with a cookie). He loved them, so I might send some of those along with the craft, but I'd like a different idea for some sort of chocolate or candy treat that will still be good once he receives it (so not like brownies or cake). I'll be shipping it out in a parcel, so it can be 3D (like not just a piece of paper / card), but nothing too delicate. Sorry this sounds so picky lol. Thanks so much for your help!!! I really appreciate any ideas at all!
