How can i keep myself from over eating?

Lately, what I have been doing is eating suuper healthy during the week then on the weekends I completely indulge and I eat unhealthy. I end up waay overeating and feeling super bloated, i know it's probably from eating so healthy during the week. So i want to know how i can get to a happy medium. Should i somehow work some of the things i like into my healthy diet such as having some oreos or some icecream during the day a few times a week?
