Do you think I overeat?
It seems absolutely fine. Your breakfast had cereal, which is grain, and has nutrients, and waffles aren't too bad either. An apple as a snack is great, because it's rich in Vitamin C. Your lunch is fine, as long as you only had a serving size of tortilla chips. Water is also the best possible beverage in my opinion. The granola bar is okay, but only if it isn't too sugary. Your dinner is also fine. Two oreos for dessert isn't bad, because it's only two and that's not too many. The only problem is that you had too much starch. Cereal and waffles are both starch. So is the bread on the peanut butter and jelly, the tortilla chips, the granola bar, and the pasta. It's all filled with carbohydrates. Carbs are great, but when you have too many, they're bad. I'd say take out the pasta and replace it with something rich in protein and not much fat, like chicken or turkey, but I can't think of anything for lunch, sorry. The calorie intake seems good, so don't worry about that. If your worried about weight problems, exercising is usually the best way to fix that, not necessarily changing your meals.
