New to Working Out and Eating Right?
Cut your carbs! That means no white bread, refined sugars, pasta, rice etc. These are what makes a gut, more than fats. eat 6 meals a day. No more large pasta or rice dishes! Eat as many fruits and vegetables as you can and drink water. Buy some whey protein and have these when you feel hungry. Disgusting at the beginning, but youll grow to like them. Also, try and progress onto longer, heavier, more intense workouts every week or couple of weeks. Dont let the body get used to doing just a set boring amount every week. Push yourself as much as you can and when you think youre on your last rep, do another one. :)
